In the last two years we have witnessed a radical change and a special interest in this subject because the pandemic forced us to pay specific attention to the configuration of the places we inhabit. This brought about much more holistic designs that seek to address the wellbeing of the user, combining colours, sensory experiences, technology and natural elements that promote health.

Following two years of legal disputes, 2020 AIA Gold Medalist Marlon Blackwell and HBG Design have reached a settlement to their infamous Saracen Casino case. Three weeks before French president Emmanuel Macron ordered COVID-19 confinement in 2020, French jewelry designer Aurélie Bidermann moved into an 18th-century flat on the Left Bank with her young daughter. Having all those months at home gave Bidermann time to meditate on the 3,200-square-foot south-facing space—to understand the light, the flow, and the energy. Confinement, she said, “allowed me to do the apartment as I wanted.”

Site Visit by Consultant Architect #033 https://ourblog.consult2architect.com/site-visit-by-consultant-architect/ https://ourblog.consult2architect.com/site-visit-by-consultant-architect/#respond Sat, 30 Jul 2022 10:09:02 +0000 https://ourblog.consult2architect.com/?p=7994 Potential Patron (Client) of small projects Site Visit by Consultant Architect
Potential Patrons (Clients) of small projects (like home, office or shop-showroom, etc.) demand site visits from Design Consultant Architect because……
Site Visit by Consultant Architect

The Potential Patron (Client) –

[forminator_form id=”7991″]
Very easy to share information which is essential for any project designing and which is also easy for everyone. Only the intention should be positive. like ….

For architectural project information ….

[forminator_form id=”7992″]

For Interior projects information – for interior design and renovation
[forminator_form id=”7993″]

With concept design, site visits have a positive meaning when Potential Patron (Client) share this essential information for project designing, so that the Potential Patron (Client) can be informed about the concept and basic design during the site visit, thereby providing a satisfactory experience to the Potential Patron (Client).

Whatever the Design Consultant Architect shows, the design depends on the information provided by the Potential Patron (Client) and the budget stated. Even on this, if Potential Patron (Client) says that the design is not liked, then first the Potential Patron (Client) should consider the given project information and budget and then complain on the Design Consultant Architect. Any Design Consultant Architect always gives his best.It is a professional, not a seller of food or sweets.

One should think before complaining to the Design Consultant Architect. The professionalnever wants to annoy the Potential Patron (Client), but if the Potential Patron (Client) is adamant, the Design Consultant Architect does not want to compromise on his way of doing work and standards for anyone.

The Design Consultant Architect always works for the betterment of the project which is within the project information and budget given by the Potential Patron (Client) and not on the Design Consultant Architect own volition. That is why the Design Consultant Architect also takes approval from the Patron (Client) for each of the designs and drawings. That is why the Potential Patron (Client) is able to experience satisfaction and the project also becomes a landmark.

Conclusion – No Potential Patron (Client) should invite Design Consultant Architect for site visits without accurate and complete knowledge of the project. This can waste the Design Consultant Architect’s time and money. If site visit of Design Consultant Architect is mandatory and Potential Patron (Client) does not want to provide project information, Potential Patron (Client) should invite Design Consultant Architect’s for site visit by paying professional charges of Design Consultant Architect.
