If anybody does not pay the Professional Charges for the efforts then it is very disappointing. Just Think, We are Professional and unable to serve you anything free of cost. Please do not try this. Our Professional Charges are Flexible and based on the Type of Design and services availed by Patrons. So please Pay Honestly for our Efforts.

Most of the mid-segment people think they can control the Construction Cost themselves without the support of an Architect. Some of them may control the cost but not every individual is the same. Controlling the construction cost and maintaining the building standard are two different things, but what about your Satisfaction Level, Maintenance, Engineering Services, etc. These mid-segment people are huge in percentage in our country and waste Earned Money every time in Maintenance & Engineering Services. Satisfaction & happiness are different because they save the fees of an Architect. Now the question arises, is your building maintenance free?
As there are no straight lines or sharp edges in nature, should buildings have any straight lines or sharp edges? Can Architects design this? If architects do it, does a client accept or prefer that design? Whenever the architects try to design in nature, the list of compulsions and requirements of the clients is revealed. Due to this, the architects are not able to design nature-friendly even if they want. Please be nature-friendly and try to be with nature.
Building Façade Designing
If the Design of your Building has been done by an Architect, it is possible that the Façade Design of the Building will be built ‘By default’ as per Design and will be excellent. It is not necessary to Design a Cosmetic Custom Façade Separately in the Building. If the separate Façade is to be made in an Existing Building, then the ‘Type of Design’ should be known, so that the Building can Look Beautiful. This is the only rule for Building Façade design. Please keep in mind before the Façade design, so that the building looks evergreen & beautiful always.
